Gorgeous absolutely gorgeous, they were drop dead gorgeous
Thank you for this! It’s 24 years later. I was there, this was after Bowie took a couple of days off to mend his voice. I was nervous for him to attempt the high notes in the opener, “Wild is the Wind,” would he restrain, hold back? He starts the show tentatively, and then… listen for yourself! … “Is There Life on Mars,” and the crowd’s cheers for him going for the higher notes. Everyone loves a comeback.❣️
Why was he aladdin sane here? Did he only invent Halloween Jack after Diamond Dogs was released?
Or is he just Halloween Jack without the eye patch?
This is so true and real
21 years ago today Mick passed.😭
00:41 Nice one, keep it up!
This and the other Young Americans sessions recordings will probably be released officially by December of 2024 due to British copyright law. Unreleased recordings need to be released before 50 years are up, after the recording, in order to be in copyright, rendering the bootlegs "illegal". Don't be buying bootlegs of this now - you should be able to get the official release at the end of the year.
So beautiful and perfect.
An all around horrendous event… Marcus really knew how to trigger Britain.
When are we going to see the whole performance by Mr Bowie at this festival?
Finally footage of the Diamond Dogs tour incredible!!!
He recycled bits of this for Dead Man Walking
Oh true. Now you say it I can totally hear it
Is her version available for purchase? I've tried Amazon Music, to no avail unfortunately. HELP, please! Thanks...🙏♐
Her rendition of Sweet Thing is lovely...beautiful and mellow...full of quiet but strong soul..LOVE it...❤️❤️❤️♐
I wish he was in this video. Beautiful song.
Wow Davids as High as a kite Here 😮
Still alive in my heart and soul ❤❤❤❤
And always will be!! 👍🫶👏👏👏❤️
Great thing the Alpha state of consciousness. You can imagine being with someone like this and even better rewind at will. I think the reality may be different. However, what a legend 🙏🙏
That was fun, brother!

New Killer Star was an instant classic when it was released in 2003. Bowie released this version through iTunes in early 2004 and it was one of my first songs so I played it a lot. It's a perfect fit with the Bowie catalog and would have blown up if there had been any radio stations left playing new music by classic artists. You can hear Fashion or Space Oddity 50 times a week on radio and streaming stations, but you won't hear New Killer Star once. 😥

IS THERE ANYMORE ?
Yes, there's more to come! 😉
Great stuff! @@lunamagic2004
Cool - thanks for that.
Pu la merde
One of my favourite songs from what seems to me to be by far the greatest album ever made. I just couldn't have imagined that there could ever be anything remotely 'better' than the flawlessly perfect album version', but somehow he manages to knock it right out of the park. Hauntingly beautiful.
nearly always Bowie's miss-steps were when other people got in his head and changed what he was doing, this would have been a better album
Hard to believe, they are all Nana's now! "The sun machine is coming down and we're gonna' have knees up"
Bowie avait pas encore trouvé ça voix et musique
I was there for Friday and he sang is voice off, literally. The Saturday and Sunday shows were cancelled.
Its me that gets up and sits on the stage after. the second take, I was a top fan in those days. I love playing these out takes and spotting my self and friends from 50 years ago.
Simply the best. Great!
David Bowie love
